About MLR

Meraz Luxury Rentals was created in 2015 by Kevin Meraz and Megan White Meraz. The company was created based off of their own outdoor wedding experience in South Lake Tahoe California No guest at any event or venue enjoys walking into a disgusting restroom situation nor do they have to now that there are pretty potties.

The days of the generic porta potty are now behind us, Hallelujah! The MLR restroom units started as a simple sketch on a napkin in a local eatery. After months of design and construction the first rental (it was a success!) took place on the busy streets of Downtown Los Angeles and from that point, it has been full steam ahead. MLR has successfully supplied Luxury Restroom Units from East to West Coast for some of the nation's largest corporations and most luxurious special events & weddings.

WHAT IS MLR?

Meraz Luxury Rentals is home of California’s most luxurious portable restroom trailers, the pretty potty! The pretty potty units are the perfect addition or supplemental restroom to your beautiful wedding or special event. 
 

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

Meraz Luxury Rentals is based out of California with locations in Beverly Hills and Sacramento. We will travel for events all across the United States.
 

WHAT TYPE OF EVENTS DOES MLR SERVE?

Any and all occasions, we love a great event! Whether you are planning a wedding, corporate event, experiential marketing event, meeting, birthday or any social event we promise to serve up a memorable experience with our pretty potty elegance.

*Note for weddings a day of wedding planner is required to book with us (this helps to ensure a smooth delivery/removal process)
 

HOW EARLY SHOULD WE BOOK WITH YOU?

As soon as possible, what the heck are you waiting for?!?! Our 2018 wedding and event calendar is almost completely filled & we've already been booking into 2019! Due to high volume of inquiries we receive and the limited amount of weekend dates (May-Oct) we require a 50% deposit to reserve one of the pretty potty units on your date. This 50% deposit will go towards your remaining balance due.
 

WHAT SIZE UNIT IS RIGHT FOR MY GROUP?

There are many different factors to determine what size luxury portable restroom trailer unit is best fit for your group. Typically the pretty potty ratio we like to follow is one station per every 35-45 guests. (Ex. 200 guests we would recommend the 5 station luxury portable restroom trailer).


WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH YOUR RESTROOM SERVICES?

  • a unique luxury portable restroom experience with our custom built restroom trailers

  • necessary toiletry supplies (2-ply ONLY-no one likes single ply toilet paper)

  • Individually wrapped mints

  • fresh floral/greens arrangement(s)

  • delivery, set up and removal

  • a minimum of 1 experienced restroom attendant

  • We can also provide our own power via generators if and water filled prior to arriving onsite if necessary

 

DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?

Heck YES we do! We carry full coverage insurance and would be happy to provide a COI for any event.

 

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HAVE A PRETTY POTTY AT AN EVENT?

Pricing varies for each event depending on a couple main factors-of course there are other factors as well but please have these items in mind when thinking of your luxury portable restroom needs.
